Your Accountability Coach
I’m Eddie Shieh, a certified coach with 8 years of experience working with professionals on achieving their personal goals.
“I focus on accountability because life progress can only be made through action-taking.”
Here’s what I know to be true: Your life is defined by the choices you make and the actions you take.
Sure, talking and reflecting can yield interesting insights, but if you aren’t taking action on those insights, you’re wasting your time. Or worse, you may even be using endless verbal processing as an avoidance strategy.
Accountability is where the rubber meets the road. It’s when you put your feet to the fire and actually DO THE THING and see what happens next.
In a perfect world, you would be 100% accountable to yourself. But real life is not that simple. We aren’t the greatest accountability partners to ourselves. We come up with excuses, “logical” rationale, and very reasonable-sounding fears that keep us stuck in place.
But not anymore. You are here because you’re sick of the excuses and procrastination. You’re ready for some tough love to confront yourself and the reality of your situation. I can help with that.
Friends are too easy on us. Family is too worried for us. You need an unbiased third-party to keep your eye on the prize and push you to put one foot in front of the other. That’s exactly what I’ll do.
